Terms of Use for Rental Kitchen Spaces
When using the Onomichi Tsubamedo Rental Kitchen and Rental Space (hereinafter referred to as “the Facility”), the following Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) shall apply.
Please read and agree to these Terms before submitting an application or using the Facility.
Please return the area to its original condition after use. Please take your trash with you.

The following terms of use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") apply to your use of Onomichi Tsubamedo Rental Kitchen and Rental Space (hereinafter referred to as "the Facility").
Users are requested to understand and agree to the contents of these terms and conditions before applying for or using the service.
Article 1 (Purpose of use)
1. This facility will be rented out as a place where connections and interactions with the local community can be fostered.
2. The primary purposes of use are cooking and food-related activities, including prototyping, preparation, cooking classes, and workshops.
3. It can also be used for purposes such as meetings, gatherings, classes, exhibitions, and events.
4. Religious activities, political activities, acts that violate laws and regulations, or any use deemed inappropriate according to generally accepted social norms are prohibited.
Article 2 (Operating Hours, Fees, Weekday Rates) *Rates differ on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
1. Operating hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding regular closing days.
*Please be punctual as the second floor of the building is used as accommodation (a ryokan/Japanese inn).

Depending on usage, actual costs for gas, electricity, water, etc., may be charged separately.
The price varies depending on the purpose of use, the number of people, and the duration.
*There is no free parking available, so please use a nearby paid parking lot.
*Please refrain from parking on the street, as this will cause inconvenience to the neighbors.
3. The usage time includes preparation and cleanup time.
4. Please pay the usage fee by bank transfer. The user is responsible for the bank transfer fees.

Article 3 (Loading and Unloading)
1. Please contact us in advance if you plan to bring in any equipment or food items.
2. After use, please take all items you brought with you, including food, leftovers, and food waste.
3. If the building, facilities, or equipment are damaged or soiled during delivery or removal, you will be charged for the actual costs of repairs, etc.
Article 4 (Restrictions and Prohibited Actions)
Users must not engage in the following actions:
1. Transfer or sublease of usage rights
2. Use that differs significantly from the application details.
3. False declarations
4. Unlicensed food manufacturing and sales
5. Violence and antisocial behavior
6. Bringing in hazardous materials
7. Actions that cause nuisance to neighbors through strong odors, noise, vibrations, etc.
8. Unauthorized use of nails, tacks, anchors, or strong adhesive tape.
9. Overcrowding, unauthorized parking of bicycles and cars.
10. Smoking is prohibited inside the building (the entire building is non-smoking).
11. Actions that do not comply with the instructions of the administrator.
Article 5 (Revocation of License)
If you violate these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or terminate your use of the facility at our discretion.
In this case, we will not refund any usage fees you have already paid.
Article 6 (Cancellation)
1. As a general rule, cancellations after booking confirmation are not accepted.
2. In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, please contact us in advance.
Article 7 (Notes Regarding Application for Use and Business Operations)
1. Please submit your application via email.
2. If you intend to use the facilities for commercial purposes, you must consult with your local public health center and obtain the necessary business permits.
3. If you are manufacturing or selling food products, you are required to submit a Food Hygiene Manager qualification certificate.
4. The user is responsible for the manufacturing of the products sold, and it is the user's responsibility to obtain product liability insurance, etc.
5. Upon your first use, you may be asked to present and submit a copy of your identification document.
Article 8 (Exemption from Liability and Damages)
1. This facility assumes no responsibility whatsoever for theft, loss, or accidents that occur during use.
2. We will not be held responsible for any suspension of use due to reasons beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government directives.
3. If you damage, soil, or lose any building, equipment, or furnishings, you will be required to fully compensate for the actual costs incurred.
4. The amount of compensation for damages attributable to our facility shall be limited to the amount of the usage fee received.
Article 9 (Safety Management)
1. Users are responsible for disaster prevention and security management during their use of the facility.
2. The person in charge of use must be present at all times.
3. Administrators may enter the premises if deemed necessary for administrative purposes.
4. Animals are not allowed in the kitchen.
Article 10 (Cleaning and Restoration to Original Condition)
1. After use, please return all equipment and furnishings to their original condition.
2. Wash cooking utensils and dishes, clean the kitchen and floors, and disinfect with alcohol.
3. If cleaning and tidying are insufficient, we may refuse your future use of the facility.
Article 11 (Agenda matters)
Any matters not covered by these terms and conditions shall be resolved through good-faith discussions between the facility and the user.
