Cancellation Policy

Experience Bookings

Booking requests are accepted from one month up to one week before your preferred date.

If your requested date and time are available, we will email you the booking information and an invoice.

Please complete your payment by the deadline stated on the invoice.

Your booking will be confirmed once payment has been completed.

Once your booking is confirmed, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.

If you expect to be late, please contact us in advance.

Rental Kitchen and Rental Space

Cancellations made at least 4 days before the rental date: No cancellation fee (full refund)

Cancellations made 2–3 days before the rental date: 30% of the rental fee

Cancellations made the day before or on the rental date: 100% of the rental fee

No-shows: 100% of the rental fee

Refunds for Cancellations

If you paid by card, the refund amount, less the applicable cancellation fee, will be refunded to the card used for payment through Square.

If you paid in cash, your refund can be made in cash or by bank transfer.

If you request a refund by bank transfer, the bank transfer fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Changes to Booking Dates

Experience bookings cannot be rescheduled.

For changes to accommodation or rental bookings, please contact us.

Changes cannot be made on the scheduled date of use.

On-Site Payment

As a general rule, on-site payment is not available.

Natural Disasters and Severe Weather

In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as typhoons, heavy rain, natural disasters, or the suspension of public transportation, we will discuss the situation with you and handle it on a case-by-case basis.
